Got Hydration?

Temps have been very warm lately and just maybe we get a little bit of a break in temps this week. Regardless, if you do anything exerting and don’t drink enough fluids you might be a risk of dehydration. Be sure to drink plenty of fluids if you are working outside to stay hydrated. Alternating water and sports drinks can replenish what you lose in sweat and help you maintain proper body temps. Sweating the fluids out fast than you replenish can send your body into panic mode. Know the signs of Heat Exhaustion so you can treat the symptoms before they become Heat Stroke.
